Yes- There are two maintenance technicians on-site and available to you from 8 am - 5 pm. We also have 24-hour maintenance available after business hours and on holidays.
The best and easiest way is to use the online portal to submit a maintenance request. Otherwise, you can reach the office via phone or email.
No, the moment you put in the maintenance request, maintenance will be there within 24-48 hours. If you have any access notes, please specify so we can be aware of anything before entering your apartment.
The indoor pool is open from 8 am - 10 pm year-round. The outdoor pool is generally open around Memorial Day until Labor Day (dependent on weather conditions), in which it is open from dawn until dusk.
Yes, we allow both dogs and cats within our community.
There is a pet deposit of $200.00 which is refundable upon move-out. For a cat, there is also a one-time cat fee of $100. The rent for a cat is $30/month. For a dog, there is a one-time dog fee of $200.00. The rent for a dog is $50.00/month.
We do not have any weight restrictions. We do have breed restrictions, please reach out to the office for clarification on those.
We do offer short-term leases or long-term leases - Our leases range anywhere from a 3-15 month lease.
We do offer corporate leases.
We allow residents to reserve our community room at no additional fee. We require a deposit, that is held (not cashed), to ensure the community room is returned to its original condition.
We accept walk-ins, appointments, as well as virtual tours.
To apply for an apartment, you will simply go to www.hillsboroughapts.net and click on the 'Floor Plans' tab. From there, you will select the floor plan you would like to apply for by clicking 'Lease Now'. It will provide you with the available apartments for you to click 'Apply Now' for. From there, you will begin the application process.
The approval process takes approximately 3-5 business days.
To pay your rent online, you will go to www.hillsboroughapts.net and click on 'Resident Login'. From there you will enter your username, email, and password, which should be the same information from when you initially applied. You will see the payment portal on the home screen once logged in.
We do require renter's insurance. You may receive a free quote at: https://www.residentshield.com/steven-scott/
We require at minimum two times the monthly rental amount, in which an additional deposit would be required. Full approval would require three times the monthly rental amount.
If you are a student, you may have a guarantor. Otherwise, you may have someone added to the lease, if you don't believe you would qualify on your own.
At the time of application, you will need to upload your government-issued ID, income verification generally in the form of pay stubs, and payment for the application fees and deposit.
